ABOUT HYDRO-SPRAY'S WARRANTY

Equipment manufactured by Hydro-Spray Wash Systems Inc. is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. Fabricated Metal components, welded metal framework, non-moving, and non-wearable parts manufactured by Hydro-Spray are warranted for life of the equipment to the original purchaser. Fabricated metal wearable and moving components manufactured by Hydro-Spray shall be warranted for (1) year to the original purchaser of the equipment.

Hydro-Spray defective parts are warranted to the original purchaser repair or replacement through the authorized distributor or direct with seller for a period of (1) year from the date of invoice. Labor to repair or replace parts is warranted to original purchaser during normal business hours through authorized distributor, or direct with seller for (90) days from date of invoice.

All products assembled to Hydro-Spray’s equipment that are manufactured by other Companies are warranted by the original manufacturer and subject to that manufacturer’s limited warranty. All components will be accompanied with appropriate warranty information, and contact Hydro-Spray for the specific information on other component manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty shall be assigned to the original purchaser and is not assignable or transferable. The warranty shall begin on start up or invoice date whichever occurs first. The seller’s liability shall be limited to repair or replacement of materials found to be defective within the warranty period. The purchaser must supply the seller with immediate written notice when any and all defects are found. Transportation damage claims to equipment or parts are to be submitted to the carrier of the damaged material.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty is based upon the purchaser’s reasonable care and maintenance followed by the manufacturer specifications. It does not apply to equipment or parts that have been subject to misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals, improper installation, negligence, third-party damage, and or act of God. Equipment must be properly installed with proper recommended specifications by original manufacturer. It does not apply to normal wear and tear or routine maintenance components.

In order for this Limited Lifetime Warranty to be valid all warranty cards must be filled out completely and returned to seller for the warranty to be in effect. Otherwise warranty begins with date of shipment.
